  I had an appointment to drop my car off at wheel works san lorenzo for an oil change and inspection this morning. Not only did I have to call them to see if my car was ready but they didn't do my oil change because of a stripped bolt and THE SUPERVISOR who was responsible (and had conveniently gone home) didn't call to let me know and get approval to fix it. So my car sat there ALL DAY and they didn't do the work. To top it off they found multiple things upon inspection and didn't call to see if I wanted the work done which is the whole point of the inspection. This is not the first time I had to call to check on my car here. Same SUPERVISOR. They offered me to come back and have it done on the house. I assured them, besides my tires being on warranty there, I wont be returning for anything. Now I have to find the time this week to drag my 2 month old daughter out of the house to get an oil change.
  Very disappointed that I have a credit card for this establishment and not another in case of emergency.
